• All members of the Nagarathar Association Singapore (NAS) shall abide the NAS ‘Constitution and Rules’
• NAS may collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data of members for the purpose of NAS organizing activities and events
• NAS may retain the personal data of its members for as long as it is deemed necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected
• All members shall be responsible to utilise the personal data of other members for valid purposes only
• All members shall not duplicate or reproduce the personal data of other members in any format from the NAS website or mobile app. The available information should not be used for any un authorized purposes.
• NAS generally rely on personal data provided by its members.In order to ensure that members personal data is current, complete and accurate, members are requested to update it when it is required.
• NAS may retain its members personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected
